Bill Gladding, SAMSŪ AMSŪ has over twenty years experience in yacht building, repair and surveying starting in 1983 . He has been working full time as a marine surveyor since 2001, and achieved Accredited Marine SurveyorŪ status in 2004. Bill is associated with the American Boat and Yacht Council and is ABYC Standards Accredited. He has recently completed courses in small watercraft damage and claim evaluation.
