| 1991 to 1993 | Operations Manager: Supervised and adhesive a manufacturing facility in Brooklyn, New York which was part of a 40 million dollar per year business called United Resin Products. I was responsible for 50 employees, 80,000 square foot production facility, maintenance and repair of equipment, capital improvements, production and delivery of product and budgeting for the entire facility. |
| 1987 to 1991 | Service Manager: Responsible to work with customers at Huckins Yacht Corporation Jacksonville, Florida to define scope of work they wanted or needed then see that the jobs were produced on time and on budget. The scale of projects I handled at Huckins ranged from tens of dollars to hundreds of thousands and involved all aspects of a yachts construction and systems. While I was at Huckins Hurricane Hugo struck South Carolina. I traveled to Charleston and other points in the area to search for jobs I could bring to Jacksonville. I worked with surveyors and vessel owners to evaluate damage and furnish estimates for repairs ultimately bringing $750,000 to $1,000,000 worth of work to the service department. |
| 1979 to 1987 | New Construction: Started in the boat building and repair business in Key West and Marathon, Florida building 34 foot Crusader and 53 foot Peninsular Marie Enterprises semi-custom fiberglass fishing vessels. Worked at various positions until finally capable of all skills necessary to produce a turn key fiberglass boat including lay up of hulls and installation of keel, bulkhead, decks, living quarters, main propulsion engines, auxiliary generators, AC and DC electrical systems, steering systems and hydraulic trap haulers. |
| 1983 to 1987 | Service and Repairs: Owned and operated Gladding Boat Repair in Key West, Florida from 1983 to 1987 and was involved in a wide variety of jobs. I repaired grounded vessels, applied urethane paint finishes, refitted commercial fishing vessels, repowered commercial and pleasure craft and accomplished various repairs and maintenance to vessels of all types working up to an eight man crew. |

Small Power Watercraft Damage and Claim Evaluation course. Ongoing: Attend regional and national meetings acquiring continuing education and networking with other players in our industry, maintain membership in American Boat and Yacht Council to receive updated standards as they are released. |
